How to order: You can place your order online, in person or via email.

Payment Policy: All balances must be paid in full before any work is processed, designed or sent to production.

Forms of Payment: We accept Visa or Mastercard, Paypal and Checks, Checks must clear before work is processed no exceptions.

Proofing Policy: Please proof all copies for accuracy you are responsible for any errors found after you have approved the artwork to go to print. Any reprints of artwork will result in a billable change order which may include but not limited to a separate design fee and a printing fee.

Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to process your order as soon as it is approved, because of our fast paced processing system once you approve your order we are unable to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order you may speak with a customer service specialist, if it is at all possible for us to cancel and resubmitt your order we will try. However please be aware that canceling your order could result in a billable change order which may include but not limited to a separate printing fees. Payments are non refundable.

Changes to Artwork: 24hrs-We can make on the spot corrections however there is an additional fee. We can make changes to digital files, with exceptions there is an additional fee, for changes please consult a customer service specialist for details.

File Requirements: All files must be in one of the following formats: .pdf., jpg., .tiff. eps for apparel and signs. If you are unable to produce these file formats we will be happy to convert them for you for an additional fee. Images should be at an minimum of 300 DPI

Color Matching: We can color match your files for an addititional fee.

Complaints: Please speak with a customer service specialist if you have questions or concerns about your finished project. We will be happy to resolve any issues that may have occured.

Shipping Policy: We can ship anywhere in the USA via UPS ground or Air or FEDEX. Shipping times range from 2 to 10 days depending on what zone your order will be shipped to.

Pick Up Orders: You may pick up your order after 4pm on the scheduled day of pick up or any time after that day. Our hours of operation is Mon.-Fri. 9:30am-6:30pm. Sat. is by appointment only.

Union Bugs: We use union printers, so we are able to place union bugs on your printing items, free of charge

Turn around times:

Normal Design: 48hrs to 72hrs, any corrections will take an additional 24hrs.
Design on a Dime: 30 minutes or less.
Normal Printing: 48hrs to 72hrs
Flash Printing Service: 24hrs

Apparel: 7 to 10 Business days
Signs:
7 to 10 Business days
Promotional Items:
1 to 3 weeks
Media Sales Radio/TV:
3 to 5 Business day to air once campaign is approved
Media Creative (scripts or commericals): 3 to 5 Business day
Marketing & Advertising Campaigns: 48hrs
